Please be informed on our new policies and Procedures. These are set out by our Regulatory Colleges and the Ministry of Health of Ontario:
Please look for the pre-screening form that will come with your reminder 1 day before your appointment. This is mandatory and MUST be completed before each appointment. If you did not receive it, please contact us and we can send it to you, or complete the pre-screening over the phone.
If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car until you are called in as the door will be locked. We will call or text you when we have finished cleaning and are ready for your appointment. If possible, please arrive alone.
If possible, please come to your appointment from home wearing freshly laundered clothing.
Check for any symptoms before entering (refer to the signage on front door). If you are experiencing any symptoms, please do not enter the clinic. Call or e-mail to reschedule your appointment.
Masks are mandatory. Please enter the clinic with a clean washable or disposable mask securely in place.
You must wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer upon entering the clinic.
